Detailed product description

ARCOS 2900 KNIVES In the 2900 series, you will find a wide variety of kitchen knives used for chopping and slicing herbs, as well as vegetables, fruit, meat, and fish. Arcos 2900 professional knives and tools are designed for professionals. They are made from NITRUM®, Arcos's exclusive stainless steel. The handle of the professional 2900 series is ergonomic and comfortable for prolonged use. It is made of injected polypropylene (PP), a plastic resistant to high temperatures (120-130°C), impact, and slipping. The injection process ensures a permanent and seamless bond between the handle and the blade. The handle color allows knives to be classified according to the type of food, achieving better control from a hygiene perspective, all in accordance with European standards. Yellow: cooked meat Red: raw meat Blue: raw fish Green: raw vegetables and fruit Brown: raw vegetables White: bakery and dairy products Black: multipurpose BACTIPROOF SILVER® is an antibacterial system applied to the handle to prevent the growth and presence of bacteria, fungi, or mold. It reduces their occurrence by 99.9%. The handle is therefore more hygienic and does not absorb odors. The blade is made of high-quality NITRUM® stainless steel. NITRUM® is a patented nitrogen-enriched steel, eco-friendly and available only in Arcos knives. It provides greater hardness, better sharpness, and improved edge retention. The enhanced microstructure provides greater resistance to corrosion and stains. The knives are intended for both professional and home use. Made in Albacete - Spain. 10-year warranty.
