NITRUM® is a patented nitrogen-enriched steel, environmentally friendly and available only in Arcos knives. It provides greater hardness, higher sharpness and improved edge retention. The enhanced microstructure provides greater resistance to corrosion and stains. The stainless steel rivets are highly resistant to corrosion and loosening.
