NITRUM® is a patented nitrogen-enriched steel, environmentally friendly and available only in Arcos knives. It provides greater hardness, higher sharpness, and improved edge retention. Its enhanced microstructure offers greater resistance to corrosion and stains. The stainless steel rivets are highly resistant to corrosion and loosening. Made in Albacete – Spain. 10-year warranty.
