ARCOS CLÁSICA KNIVES This kitchen set consists of five knives from the Clásica series: a paring knife (100 mm), a kitchen knife (160 mm), a chef’s knife (210 mm), a kitchen knife (210 mm), and a bread and pastry knife (180 mm). Everything is organized in a rubberwood block. Arcos Clásica kitchen knives follow the tradition of German kitchen knives, with a characteristic bolster and three rivets in the handle. Forged from a single piece of steel, perfectly balanced and sharp, Arcos Clásica kitchen knives will satisfy even the most demanding chefs. Arcos Clásica knives are forged from a single piece of exclusive NITRUM® stainless steel: a patented nitrogen-enriched steel, environmentally friendly and available only in ARCOS knives. NITRUM® provides greater hardness, superior sharpness, and improved edge retention. The enhanced microstructure offers greater resistance to corrosion and stains. The ergonomic classic-style handle with rounded shapes allows for a firm and comfortable grip. It is made of polyoxymethylene (POM), a plastic material that is very hard and resistant to detergents, impacts, abrasion, aging, and extreme temperatures (from -40°C to 150°C).
