ARCOS CLÁSICA KNIVES This kitchen set consists of kitchen scissors (195 mm) and three knives from the Clásica series: a paring knife (100 mm), a chef’s knife (160 mm), and a kitchen knife (160 mm). Everything is organized in a rubberwood block. Arcos Clásica kitchen knives follow the tradition of German kitchen knives, with a characteristic bolster ring and three rivets in the handle. Forged from a single piece of steel, perfectly balanced and sharp, Arcos Clásica kitchen knives satisfy even the most demanding chefs. Arcos Clásica are knives forged from a single piece of exclusive NITRUM® stainless steel: a patented nitrogen-enriched steel, eco-friendly and available only in ARCOS knives. NITRUM® provides greater hardness, higher sharpness, and improved edge retention. Its enhanced microstructure offers greater resistance to corrosion and stains. The ergonomically shaped classic-style handle with rounded contours allows for a firm and comfortable grip. It is made of polyoxymethylene (POM), a plastic material that is very hard and resistant to detergents, impacts, abrasion, aging, and extreme temperatures (from -40°C to 150°C).
