Their blades are large and sharp enough for almost any task, while maintaining a “Civilian Friendly” appearance. Each blade is made from high-performance American S35VN steel and features a hollow grind with a thin, hand-polished edge. It also has a DLC (Diamond Like) coating for increased durability and corrosion resistance. The Lawman handles are designed to be as versatile and user-friendly as possible. Made from G-10, they are contoured for a secure grip even in the worst conditions. Lock failure on a folding knife is incredibly dangerous – but if the lock fails on a police officer’s knife in the line of duty, the consequences could be catastrophic. That is why every American Lawman is equipped with our Tri-Ad locking mechanism. Designed to withstand tremendous impact forces and shock, it has passed some of the most brutal torture tests in the industry.
