The Cold Steel Gentleman's Stockman Folding Knife with 3 blades, commonly called a Stockman knife, features a standard clip point blade and a spey point blade like a Trapper, with the addition of a sheepsfoot-style blade.

The Cold Steel Stockman series is our take on the classic gentleman's slipjoint knife. It has handles made from genuine bone and is accented with polished metal bolsters. The sturdy handles are generously sized for heavy work, even with gloved hands. It is built in the traditional Jack Knife pattern with three polished stainless steel blades: a clip blade for piercing and cutting, a spey blade for skinning and gutting, and a sheepsfoot blade to help prevent puncturing during slicing tasks.
