ARCOS COLOUR PROF KNIVES The COLOUR PROF series consists of knives specially designed for long-term use. The handle used in this series is highly ergonomic; its core is made of hard polypropylene (PP) with a surface of soft special anti-slip rubber. This combination of materials provides high comfort and adaptability during use. This non-hygroscopic material (does not absorb liquids) is resistant to high temperatures and features an anti-slip finish. The blade is made of high-quality exclusive NITRUM® stainless steel. NITRUM® is a patented nitrogen-enriched steel, eco-friendly and available only in Arcos knives. It provides greater hardness, higher sharpness, and improved edge retention. The enhanced microstructure provides greater resistance to corrosion and stains. Colour identifier: each knife can be identified according to the food it is intended for by using the plastic colour identifiers at the end of the handle (included in the package), allowing better hygiene control.
