This knife was designed and refined down to the smallest detail for its primary use in a marine environment. The blade has a flat grind that enables symmetrical cutting with broader support. The tip, thanks to the tanto version, is thick and durable, allowing greater penetration and a cleaner, more precise cut. The stonewashed finishing process makes it easier to locate in a marine environment. The handle structure in anodized anticorodal aluminum features a design with concentric circle milling, weight reduction, and anti-slip perforation to make rinsing off salt easier. In the central part of the handle there is a small slot that allows tightening or loosening small loops. The BF2 V is equipped with a reversible clip; an adjustable screw stop for blade closing and opening; 70 mm ankle untying knots with fastening mechanism; fix it. The BF2 V was presented aboard the training ship Amerigo Vespucci.
