The Giant Mamba features 6.3 mm thick Böhler N690 steel at 58 HRC, a blade with a flat edge and full-length fuller for reduced weight, finished in black. The Forprene handle is secured with a threaded stirrup, making the knife robust and well balanced. The injection-molded, impact-resistant nylon sheath, compatible with M.O.L.L.E., features a damping system that prevents blade rattling, a double-button safety loop, a rubberized anti-rotation thigh strap, and a safety lock released by simply pressing the trigger-shaped lever. This new knife series minimizes thickness and bulk without reducing rigidity and safety.
