Task C Black, (Compact) the compact version (a so-called "back-up") of the full-size Task knife. In addition to the reduced dimensions of the Task C compared to the large Task, it features a plain edge blade. Simple construction - full tang blade - high flat grind - a perfect tool for professionals.
Blade - massive, 6.3 mm thick. Slightly curved, Americanized Tanto profile with a clearly defined belly. Made by the Austrian steelworks Böhler, from durable, easy-to-grip, high-quality stainless steel N690 with a hardness of 58 HRC. The blade is coated with a matte, non-reflective MIL-C-13924 BURNISHING finish. The plain edge blade (Plain type) is made with a flat grind, ensuring excellent geometry, strength, and cutting performance. A long jimped ramp under the thumb and a pronounced finger choil under the index finger between the handle and the edge provide secure knife control.
Sheath - in black hardened polymer, allowing safe carry and quick knife deployment. Three options for adjusting the carry angle (horizontal, vertical, and diagonal at a 45° angle). The sheath is equipped with a single automatic pressure-activated lock for quick draw and secure retention of the knife. The sheath attachment allows quick fastening/unfastening and fits most straps 32-46 mm wide. To prevent the sheath from slipping on the belt, the attachment has two adjustment screws.
