"Under-The-Hill" was the notoriously rough and rowdy waterfront district of Natchez, Mississippi at the beginning of the nineteenth century. So disreputable that it was rarely mentioned in the polite drawing rooms of the antebellum mansions that lined the other side of town in the days when cotton was king.

Cold Steel's Natchez Bowie was born "Under-The-Hill" and draws its lineage from those grimy taverns and dimly lit streets. Bred for battle, it is the definitive fighting Bowie. Its long blade is perfectly shaped for power, reach, and leverage, and its substantial weight is flawlessly balanced, giving it unmatched liveliness and speed.
