The Expedition Series is a new line of tools intended for professional explorers.

Selvans Expeditions was developed as a collaboration between Extrema Ratio and Master Advanced Instructor Daniele Dal Canto. It is the result of a modification of the ONTOS military survival knife, designed to increase its effectiveness as a civilian tool.
The longer handle and heavier blade allow for better chopping and cutting. It comes with a desert corduroy sheath with MOLLE system, a safety shoulder strap, a mini pouch containing paracord with a flammable fiber that can be used in emergencies and/or in difficult weather conditions, and a Firesteel for starting a fire.
The enhanced survival kit (must be purchased separately) includes: whistle, pocket chainsaw, water purification tablets, compass, copper wire, fire starter and striker, LED light, 2.5 m paracord, and a sharpener.
