ARCOS LATINA KNIVES The Latina product line is created for home use. The blade is made of high-quality NITRUM® stainless steel. NITRUM® is a patented nitrogen-enriched steel, eco-friendly and available only in Arcos knives. It provides greater hardness, higher sharpness, and improved edge retention. The improved microstructure offers greater resistance to corrosion and stains. The minimum hardness of this steel is 52 HRC. The handle is made of compressed wood, coated with resin, making it dishwasher safe. The stainless steel rivets are highly resistant to corrosion and loosening.
