MANHATTAN, HAM KNIFE 300 mm
Detailed product description
ARCOS MANHATTAN KNIVES. A long, thin knife with a flexible blade and smooth edge for ham / jamón from the ARCOS Manhattan series. Designed for slicing roasted and cured ham and other large cuts of meat. The MANHATTAN range, made of NITRUM stainless steel, forged from a single piece of steel without any type of welding and with a BACTIPROOF handle, is the best that the ARCOS brand offers. The MANHATTAN series complements the wide range of high-quality forged knives that ARCOS already has on the market, such as the CLÁSICA or RIVIERA ranges. MANHATTAN stands out with its special "silk" edge, which reflects the expertise of ARCOS masters combined with new technologies to achieve a unique cut that leaves no one indifferent. The blade is made of high-quality exclusive NITRUM® stainless steel. NITRUM® is a patented nitrogen-enriched steel, environmentally friendly and available only in Arcos knives. It provides greater hardness, sharper cutting performance, and improved edge retention. The enhanced microstructure offers greater resistance to corrosion and stains. The handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM), with high resistance to detergents and also resistant to very high temperatures (from -40°C to 150°C). BACTIPROOF SILVER® is an antibacterial system applied to the handle to prevent the growth and presence of bacteria, fungi, or mold. It reduces their occurrence by 99.9%. The handle is therefore more hygienic and does not absorb odors. The handle rivets are made of stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting resistance to corrosion and preventing them from loosening. Made in Albacete – Spain. 10-year warranty.
