The Ultratech dual-action out-the-front automatic knife from Microtech sets the standard for this category. This version features a blue anodized, contoured handle and a satin-finished CTS-204P double-edge blade.

Blade: The dagger blade features a handsome satin finish and double plain standard cutting edges on both sides. The fine-point dagger blade is made from premium American CTS-204P stainless steel. The 3.44-inch blade uses a dual-action mechanism for opening and retraction. Simply slide the thumb slider on the side of the handle up to deploy and down to retract. The internal spring remains at rest in both the open and closed positions to reduce wear. The action is smooth and fast.

CTS-204P: A highly wear-resistant stainless tool steel produced by powder metallurgy. The steel contains a large amount of extremely hard vanadium carbides, which provide excellent wear resistance. CTS-204P has one of the highest chromium contents among the high-vanadium stainless steels currently available. Its chromium-rich matrix provides excellent corrosion resistance. Comparable steels to CTS-204P include CPM-20CV and Bohler M390.
