The Ultratech dual-action out-the-front automatic knife from Microtech sets the standard for this category. This version features a blue anodized, contoured handle and a satin finish, CTS-204P, double-edge blade.

The blade features a majestic satin finish and has double plain standard cutting edges on the top and bottom. The finely pointed blade is made from premium American CTS-204P stainless steel. The 3.44-inch blade uses a dual-action opening and retraction mechanism. Simply slide the thumb slider on the side of the handle upward to deploy the blade and downward to retract it. The internal spring remains at rest in both the open and closed positions to reduce wear. The action is smooth and fast.

Configured for right-hand carry, pocket clip tip-down only.

CTS-204P: A highly wear-resistant powder metallurgy stainless tool steel. The steel contains a large amount of extremely hard vanadium carbides, which provide excellent wear resistance. CTS-204P has one of the highest chromium contents among high-vanadium stainless steels currently available. Its chromium-rich matrix provides excellent corrosion resistance. Comparable steels to CTS-204P include CPM-20CV and Bohler M390.
