Stainless Damascus steel is produced using two types of powder metallurgy steel (RWL34 and PMC27), bonded at 1150 °C under a pressure of 1,000 atmospheres. This process also creates steel with double the resistance to breakage, fatigue strength, ductility, and impact toughness, while highlighting exceptional beauty in its pattern.
