Arcos Ópera knives are forged from a single piece of exclusive NITRUM® stainless steel: a patented nitrogen-enriched steel, eco-friendly and available only in ARCOS knives. NITRUM® provides greater hardness, higher sharpness, and improved edge retention. The enhanced microstructure offers greater resistance to corrosion and stains. The ergonomically shaped handle in a classic style with rounded lines allows a firm and comfortable grip. It is made of polyoxymethylene (POM), a plastic material that is very hard and resistant to detergents, impacts, abrasion, ageing, and extreme temperatures (from -40°C to 150°C).
