The flipper or, alternatively, the thumb stud opens the aggressive Wharncliffe blade made of 440B with a beadblast finish and the characteristic spine swedge, while the liner lock reliably secures the assisted opener. The curved handle with textured G10 scales ensures an excellent grip and is finished with the characteristic ring at the end of the handle, originally intended for hanging the knife on the little finger, but also used as a lanyard hole.
