ARCOS RIVIERA BLANC KNIVES This kitchen set consists of kitchen scissors (200 mm) and four knives from the Riviera Blanc series: a paring knife (100 mm), a chef’s knife (150 mm), a chef’s knife (200 mm), and a bread and pastry knife (200 mm). Everything is neatly organized in a beech wood block lacquered with black varnish. Arcos Riviera knives are forged from a single piece of exclusive NITRUM® stainless steel: a patented nitrogen-enriched steel, environmentally friendly and available only in ARCOS knives. NITRUM® provides greater hardness, superior sharpness, and improved edge retention. Its enhanced microstructure offers greater resistance to corrosion and stains. The ergonomic POM (polyoxymethylene) handle ensures comfortable handling and is resistant to impacts, wear, abrasion, and extreme temperatures (-40° to 150°). BACTIPROOF SILVER® is an antibacterial system applied to the handle to prevent the growth and presence of bacteria, fungi, or mold. It reduces their occurrence by 99.9%.
