ARCOS RIVIERA BLANC KNIVES Arcos Riviera knives are forged from a single piece of exclusive NITRUM® stainless steel: a patented nitrogen-enriched steel that is eco-friendly and available only in ARCOS knives. NITRUM® provides greater hardness, increased sharpness, and improved edge retention. The enhanced microstructure offers greater resistance to corrosion and stains. Riviera knives are designed in the French style. This range combines rounded lines with comfort and easy handling, to the delight of all users, whether professional or home cooks. The ergonomic POM (polyoxymethylene) handle ensures comfortable handling and is resistant to impacts, wear, abrasion, and extreme temperatures (-40° to 150°). BACTIPROOF SILVER® is an antibacterial system applied to the handle to prevent the growth and presence of bacteria, fungi, or mold. It reduces their occurrence by 99.9%.
