NITRUM® provides greater hardness, higher sharpness, and improved edge retention. The improved microstructure offers greater resistance to corrosion and stains. Riviera knives are in the French style. This range combines rounded lines with comfort and easy handling, to the delight of all users, whether professional or home cooks. The ergonomic POM (polyoxymethylene) handle ensures comfortable handling and is resistant to impacts, wear, abrasion, and extreme temperatures (-40° to 150°). BACTIPROOF SILVER® is an antibacterial system applied to the handle to prevent the growth and presence of bacteria, fungi, or mold. It reduces their occurrence by 99.9%.
