ARCOS RIVIERA KNIVES A long, thin knife with a flexible blade and smooth edge for ham / jamón from the ARCOS Riviera line. Designed for slicing roasted and cured ham and other large cuts of meat. Arcos Riviera knives are forged from a single piece of exclusive NITRUM® stainless steel: a patented nitrogen-enriched steel that is eco-friendly and available only in ARCOS knives. NITRUM® provides greater hardness, increased sharpness, and improved edge retention. The improved microstructure offers greater resistance to corrosion and stains. Riviera knives are in the French style. This range combines rounded lines with comfort and easy handling, making it a pleasure for all users, whether professional or home cooks. The ergonomic POM (polyoxymethylene) handle ensures comfortable handling and is resistant to impacts, wear, abrasion, and extreme temperatures (-40° to 150°). BACTIPROOF SILVER® is an antibacterial system applied to the handle to prevent the growth and presence of bacteria, fungi, or mold. It reduces their occurrence by 99.9%. The handle is therefore more hygienic and does not absorb odors. The stainless steel rivets are highly resistant to corrosion and loosening. Made in Albacete, Spain. 10-year warranty.
