ARCOS RIVIERA KNIVES Arcos Riviera are knives forged from a single piece of exclusive NITRUM® stainless steel: a patented nitrogen-enriched steel, eco-friendly and available only in ARCOS knives. NITRUM® provides greater hardness, sharper cutting performance, and improved edge retention. Its enhanced microstructure offers greater resistance to corrosion and stains. Riviera knives are made in the French style. This series combines rounded lines with comfort and easy handling, bringing satisfaction to all users, whether professional or home cooks. The ergonomic POM (polyoxymethylene) handle ensures comfortable handling and is resistant to impacts, wear, abrasion, and extreme temperatures (-40° to 150°). BACTIPROOF SILVER® is an antibacterial system applied to the handle to prevent the growth and presence of bacteria, fungi, or mold. It reduces their presence by 99.9%.
