The Stout SJ is the result of a collaboration between Danish knife designer Mikkel Willumsen and SOG founder Spencer Frazer. With a black CRYO D2 steel blade, a stainless steel frame, and a robust G10 handle. This all-star for everyday carry is designed to be safe and offers easy, smooth opening and closing with a strong, confident open position.

CRYO D2 STEEL

A versatile high-carbon tool steel that is cryogenically heat-treated to SOG’s unique performance specifications. D2 provides the ideal combination of edge retention and durability for long-term use.

SLIP JOINT

Equipped with an elegant slip joint mechanism that holds the blade open with spring tension and closes manually once the spring force is overcome. Smooth opening and closing with a confident open position.

The grippy micro-textured G10 handle features a reversible clip that can be mounted for left- or right-hand carry.
