NITRUM® is a new patented nitrogen-enriched steel, environmentally friendly and available only in ARCOS knives. NITRUM® provides greater hardness, higher sharpness, and improved edge retention. The enhanced microstructure provides greater resistance to rust and stains. The ergonomic non-slip handle ensures a firm and comfortable grip. The rivets are made of stainless steel, ensuring high resistance to corrosion and loosening. The polyoxymethylene (POM) handle is able to withstand high and low temperatures between -40°C and 150°C.
