ARCOS UNIVERSAL KNIVES This kitchen set consists of kitchen scissors (195 mm) and three knives from the Universal series: a paring knife (100 mm), a chef’s knife (150 mm) and a chef’s knife (175 mm). Everything is organized in a rubberwood block. The Universal series is designed with everyday use in mind. An exclusive knife made of NITRUM® stainless steel. NITRUM® is a new patented nitrogen-enriched steel, eco-friendly and available only in ARCOS knives. NITRUM® provides greater hardness, increased sharpness and improved edge retention. The enhanced microstructure provides greater resistance to rust and stains. The ergonomic non-slip handle ensures a firm and comfortable grip. The rivets are made of stainless steel, ensuring high resistance to corrosion and loosening. The polyoxymethylene (POM) handle can withstand high and low temperatures between -40°C and 150°C.
