We carry out most of our production using highly specialized NC machines, several of which are operated by experienced engineers. In the manufacture of our precision knives, we use a wide range of machines and techniques, including our machining centers, wire cutting machines, precision surface grinders, and NC lathes. Here at Rockstead, we specialize in manufacturing high-tolerance parts. In addition to our high-quality machines, we have developed our own highly specialized proprietary machines, some of which are designed to ensure an unmatched level of quality control. Our commitment to producing the finest knives available can be felt in the smooth action of our pivot mechanism.
